Gretchen

My foster mom told me that I have the sweetest, kindest light brown eyes she has ever seen on a dog and when I looked at her, it melted her heart. She thinks that is what I will do when I meet my forever family. I was named Gretchen when I was found and in my few short weeks, I have come to love and know my name because I answer to it when asked to "come" and "sit". I am potty-trained and my foster mom loves that she can trust me not to go in the house, even when left alone outside of my crate. I am proud that I am only two years old and I am such a good girl!

I am a very peaceful pug mix because my favorite things to do are cuddle, cuddle and um...cuddle some more. I do love a walk and get excited to sniff and use the bathroom but more than anything, I love to cuddle and watch TV. My foster brother is a Pug and I really like him. After being with my foster family for two weeks, I decided that I like sleeping with him in his bed rather than my own and he doesn't mind. It’s just a part of my personality to want to snuggle. I am working on being crate-trained but really prefer to sleep in a dog bed or in your bed. I don't snore and I will always let you sleep in. Sometimes, my foster mom comes looking for me because I am so quiet!
