Hi Hi Hi Hi Hi!!! My name is Sweetie & as you can tell, I'm feeling MUCH better. If you didn't get to see my "Special Needs" page, last fall I came from a shelter w/ heartworms, all my girlie parts, bad ears & an even worse eye that the shelter people thought was going to pop out of my head. So now I have no heartworms, my ears are clean, my eye is healed, (even if I can't see out of it) and I have no more female parts! Wheeee!

Now comes the exciting part of finding my forever family! I'm around 4 1/2 years old, UTD on all my shots, fully housebroken, & love to go jogging. I'm a pretty small girl, but tough as nails. I'm crate trained, but I love to nap in the bed. I love to play w/ dogs & people, am great at sitting on a bar stool to beg for food. I don't give kisses, but laps are for bouncing on. I bark at strangers, so I'm a great watchdog, but love to make new friends. Sitting still is not my thing, so belly rubs don't happen often, but I do love to be petted & rubbed all over. My eye is healed, but when I get older, I may need daily drops to keep my eyes bright & shiney, but I don't need them now.

Now that I have slowed down, there is only 1 thing that I think would make this spring perfect: My perfect forever family would have another dog and maybe even a fenced in yard, as I love to run with the wind in my fur! OK, maybe that's 2 or 3 things, but you get thie idea.

If you're looking for a young, pretty little girl to be your new jogging companion, I'm the gal for you! Do you have room for me?

Hi Hi HI Hi HI!!! I'm back & just wanted to give you an update on how awesome life is! I just came back from Milwaukee Pugfest where I got to look for a forever home. It was great fun!

The summer sun is wonderful & I've got a great figure from all the activities w/ my foster family. Jogging is great, just not when it's hot out. Then it's fun just to roll in the cool grass & lay in the shade.

I've recently learned the joy of kisses, whether it to my foster parents or to the other dogs in the house. I can groom ears w/ the best of them! I still don't sit still very often but when I do, I can be a great snuggle bug. Life is awesome, but I'm still longing for a family of my own, especially if they already have another dog I can play with.

Please think of adding me to your family this summer. I promise to enjoy all your summer activities right by your side & give you lots of love to boot.
